On Paper Seas

Here's a taste of what I'm doing in my Art Direction class. This is the opening illustration for my story section of our Magazine.

The featured story is about a little boy who folds a paper boat that turns into a real boat in the night. He joins its crew and goes on an adventure with a fierce storm and a pirate battle. The rest of the magazine is filled with Crafts for kids and parents to work on, that are based off of the featured story.
